We advise on the selection, implementation and management of workplace pension plans and employee benefits. Our advice is based on a thorough understanding of your objectives and budget, and as an FCA regulated employee benefits consultancy, we help with all aspects from the design, planning, and regulatory compliance, through to the set-up, employee communications and ongoing management.
In addition, we offer a full employee benefits administration support service. Our internal systems can receive payroll feeds or external files, allowing us to provide you with as much or as little administrative support as you require. For pension plans, this can include managing auto-enrolment compliance, issuing statutory communications and submitting the contribution schedules. For employee benefits plans we can apply joiners, changes and leavers, deduct dependants and voluntary premiums from pay, manage renewals, supply P11D information, provide claims support, and issue underwriting notices and employee guides.
