Launched last year, Organic Growth 25 (OG25) spotlights the UK's fastest organically-growing businesses. This path to success – scaling a business without receiving external investment – is a challenging one. With our OG25 list, we aim to recognise this achievement and champion UK businesses and entrepreneurs that have chosen this route to growth.
View the report to find out what businesses made it into our 2021 OG25 cohort. We also share insight into each of the companies and explore how they managed to achieve their growth in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 2021 Organic Growth 25 cohort is representative of the diversity of fast-growth businesses in the UK. The featured businesses are based throughout the country; some are well-established and have been operating for over 40 years, while others have been founded within the last 10 years.
With a combined revenue increase of more than £908 million over the past three years and an average three-year growth rate of 263%, the list spans some of the UK's most innovative and competitive sectors, including e-commerce, IT services and manufacturing.
This year's OG25 businesses have not only shown resilience in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, but they have also created opportunity out of adversity and managed to achieve revenue growth of at least 100% over the past few years. While some of the companies share key characteristics, our 2021 cohort demonstrate that there is no archetype for organic growth and no solitary timescale or template for success.

We spoke to three business leaders from our 2021 Organic Growth 25 cohort to find out what inspired them, how they achieved their growth and the advice they'd pass on to other entrepreneurs.
