Matthew Katz

Matt founded and leads our Corporate Finance team of 21, comprising our M&A, Transaction Services, and Valuation specialisms. As an M&A specialist himself, he has a strong track record of advising institutions and entrepreneurs across a broad range of transactions in the £10m to £100m value range.

Matt remains hands-on in many of the transactions which the team advises on, for example including Emapsite’s disposal to Idox plc, and Dufrain’s acquisition by Phoenix Private Equity, as well as ensuring that the team continues to provide the highest level of service possible, to all of our clients.

Matt’s specialisms cover six core sectors, Business Services, Consumer, Financial Services, Health, Real Estate, and Technology and Media, with the deepest specialism in IP-rich service companies.
