Stratton Craig have joined the newly formed Positive Change Group allowing them to directly contribute to the objective of collectively sparking positive change for brave brands and businesses worldwide. We are pleased to have provide financial due diligence services along with transaction advisory to help ensure a smooth process.

Who are the firms involved?

The newly formed Positive Change Group is a new kind of stakeholder advisory and engagement group made up of like-minded, premium businesses who work at a leadership level with global clients. Key members of the group are Black Sun Global (stakeholder engagement services), People-Made (brand and culture), Stratton Craig (content strategy) and GoCo (technology services). 

Stratton Craig is a specialist written communications agency focusing on delivering brilliant business outcomes for global clients. Core services include ESG and annual reporting, strategy and writing for ongoing content programmes, tone of voice development and training and website copywriting. 

What we liked about this deal

Having previously assisted Black Sun on its merger with People Made in July 2022 it was a pleasure to work again with David Christopherson (Black Sun MD) and Adrian Fernandes (Black Sun FD) in what was a very constructive process. Our team worked collaboratively with both sides to ensure a positive result was achieved. We look forward to witnessing the continued growth and success of the group with the new content specialism added.
