Who are the firms involved?
Twickenham Plating Group was first established in 1947 and is a leading provider of technical plating services with a particular specialism in gold, silver, palladium and rhodium finishes.
Roxbi Capital is a traditional search fund founded by Sina Fattahi and backed by investors. This acquisition was funded by Arbuthnot Latham.

What we enjoyed about this deal
This transaction represents the latest in what has been a very busy summer for the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) asset class as a whole. It was fantastic to use our deep Search Fund expertise on this project, and to work alongside Irwin Mitchell and Leopard Advisory on the Legal and Debt Advisory aspects respectively.
