Stephen carries out financial due diligence and transaction advisory services for a variety of clients. Working alongside SMEs, owner-managed businesses, private equity houses, banks, and charities, Stephen’s experience covers a wide range of sectors.

Prior to joining the Buzzacott Corporate Finance team, Stephen worked in our Charity and Not-for-Profit team for four years, providing audit and assurance services, and he is also ACA qualified. This background means Stephen can offer a comprehensive service to our clients, pulling on the latest updates from our specialist teams across the business.
