We are delighted to have provided financial and tax due diligence, transaction advisory and tax structuring services in relation to the acquisition of Formby Hall Golf Club.

The Buzzacott team provided financial and tax due diligence along with transaction advisory and tax structuring services. 

The financial due diligence and transaction advisory team was made up of George Thresh, Alex Judd and Victoria Sunley.

The tax due diligence and tax structuring team was made up of Maurice Von Bertele, Kazia Kruszewski, Nicholas Lee and Catriona Soden.
