We are delighted to announce that Astra Holding (Astra) have acquired J Manny Ltd (J Manny).

Working alongside Marriott Harrison and Lewis Silkin on the legal side, and the debt provider Shawbrook, we provided financial and tax due diligence as well as transaction advisory services.

The team was made up of George Thresh, Alex Judd, and Lee D’arcy, Kazia Kruszewski, Alastair McQuater, and Grace Kneller.
