We were delighted to provide financial due diligence and transaction support to Foxtons Group plc on four lettings-focused acquisitions across Birmingham, Watford and the Reading area.

Announced on 23 September 2026, the acquisitions comprise Maguire Jackson and Davidson Estates in Birmingham, Warren Anthony in Watford and a lettings portfolio in the Reading area. The transactions continue our work with Foxtons as the Group expands its regional presence and grows its recurring lettings revenue.

Building on Foxtons’ Birmingham presence

Foxtons entered Birmingham in January 2026 through its acquisition of FleetMilne. Maguire Jackson and Davidson Estates add scale to that operation and extend the Group’s reach across the city.

Maguire Jackson is a specialist city centre residential agency established more than 22 years ago. Davidson Estates extends Foxtons’ presence into Edgbaston, one of Birmingham’s established residential markets. Foxtons intends to bring its Birmingham operations together under the Foxtons brand later this year, creating a stronger platform for growth in the region.

Strengthening operations in Watford and Reading

In Watford, Warren Anthony will join Foxtons’ existing business, formerly Imagine Property Group. The acquisition adds to its local lettings operation and strengthens the Group’s position in the market.

The acquired lettings portfolio in the Reading area will be integrated into Foxtons’ existing network, building on the platform established through its acquisition of Haslams.

Both transactions build on regional platforms the Group has developed over the past two years.
