Our Corporate Finance team were the exclusive lead advisers for Commonplace, helping to define the needs of the business and deliver the growth capital identified that will help Commonplace to continue its impressive growth to date. The £3 million funding from London-based investor Beringea will be used to expand the six-year-old business by doubling staff numbers and allowing Commonplace to invest in the product and marketing.
