Buzzacott advised the shareholders of Youmebee Ltd., a Cardiff-based developer of directprint.io and a leader in cloud-native print management on its sale to Toshiba America Business Solutions. This strategic acquisition strengthens Toshiba’s Elevate Sky® platform and accelerates its cloud-first innovation strategy.
Youmebee will join Toshiba, bringing with it a wealth of expertise in SaaS print management, serverless printing, and real-time analytics for cost, usage, and sustainability.

Its flagship product, directprint.io (soon to be rebranded as Coreza Print), eliminates print servers, integrates seamlessly with identity providers and productivity suites, and delivers real-time analytics.
