Olivia Bates

Olivia works with entrepreneurs and financial institutions looking to exit their businesses, typically supporting clients with businesses valued between £10–100 million.

She provides a specialised, hands-on approach to building and realising value for shareholders, guiding clients through the lifecycle of their deal. This includes advising on go-to-market strategy, business positioning, and offer analysis.

Olivia collaborates closely with the Valuations and Transactions Services teams to deliver value throughout the entire deals process. She is a qualified ACA Chartered Accountant.
