Matthew Baldock

Matthew is a Director in the Business Tax team, with more than 15 years’ experience advising businesses and LLPs, particularly in the Financial Services sector. He specialises in UK and international tax structuring, transfer pricing, and remuneration planning, helping clients achieve their commercial goals in the most tax-efficient way.

Matthew is known for building lasting relationships and collaborating across departments to deliver joined-up, practical advice.

He is a Fellow of the ICAEW and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
