The Buzzacott Transaction Services team is delighted to have assisted with Rose Street’s acquisition of Fuelsoft.
Overview of deal
We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Fuelsoft Limited by Rose Street Partners. The Buzzacott team provided financial and tax due diligence along with transaction advisory services.
Who are the firms involved?
The target company, Fuelsoft Limited, is a market-leading provider of ERP software for bulk fuel distributors and fuel card agents. They deliver a mission-critical product to customers, many of whom have been with the company for decades. They have grown significantly over many years to become a leader in the industry.
Rose Street is a long term investor who looks to provide a permanent home for enduring businesses in the UK. It has raised a committed pool of permanent capital from leading founders, CEOs and investors across the globe. This enables it to hold businesses forever rather than buying them to sell after a few years.
What we liked about this deal
It was a pleasure to work with Dan Skyte on what represented the first acquisition of the new fund. It was great to see how the target company has developed over the years and now looks very well set for the next phase of growth.
The financial due diligence and transaction advisory team was made up of George Thresh, Alex Judd and Gohar Niven. The tax due diligence team was made up of Tony Dillow and Anais Lienhart Ortega.
