NWEAT UK is an established leading training provider specialising across sectors within manufacturing, logistics, insurance, finance, housing, healthcare and retail & construction. NWEAT aims to deliver high quality training to learners to meet the specific needs of employers.
What we liked about this deal
Having previously worked on numerous other deals in the education/training sector it was great to see continued interest in the space. We provided financial and tax due diligence services to help reduce the risks associated with the transaction and also transaction advisory services to ensure the deal got over the line.
