Fiona Walton

Fiona Walton is an experienced private client tax adviser, providing tailored advice to individuals, families, and their associated structures on a broad range of UK personal tax matters.
Fiona specialises in advising internationally mobile individuals and those with cross-border affairs. She regularly supports clients with UK tax residence considerations, including pre-arrival and departure planning, and navigating the UK tax implications of moving to or leaving the UK. She also has strong experience advising on the remittance basis (and the evolving FIG regime), as well as complex double taxation issues.
In addition to her work with individuals, Fiona advises on the UK tax implications of offshore trusts and company structures. She works closely with trustees and families to manage UK tax obligations and consider appropriate structuring.
Fiona is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients.
