We are delighted to announce that Dan Skyte and the Rose Street Partners team have acquired a majority stake in Bespoke Commercial Cleaning.

Led by George Thresh, Buzzacott provided Financial and Tax Due Diligence, and Transaction Advisory services to Rose Street Partners. The wider Buzzacott team was made up of Alex Judd, Lee D’arcy, Stephen Byrne, Catriona Soden and Alastair McQuater. We were delighted to once again work with Rose Street Partners on yet another acquisition.

Bespoke delivers a full suite of commercial cleaning services to a blue-chip customer base across London and the Southeast, with a particular focus on service excellence. The business has grown considerably since its incorporation in 2005 and now sits in a strong position to continue its trajectory with Rose Street’s support.
