What we liked about this deal
Our financial and tax due diligence teams were pleased to support Gravita on this acquisition which further strengthens its presence in Bristol and represents another important step in the firm's growth journey.
Having worked alongside Gravita on a number of transactions, our financial and tax due diligence approach has evolved into a streamlined and tailored process, providing the firm with clear insights and recommendations to support their decision-making.
The transaction also reflects the continued strength of M&A activity across the UK accountancy sector, where firms are pursuing acquisitions to expand geographic coverage, deepen service offerings, and drive scale.
