Working alongside the Maple House lawyers, Marriott Harrison, we provided financial and tax due diligence, transaction advisory and structuring services, leveraging our team’s depth of experience across the maintenance/engineering sector to secure a fantastic outcome for Innocent.
The financial due diligence and transaction advisory team was made up of George Thresh, Alex Judd, and Victoria Sunley. The tax diligence and structuring team was made up of Kazia Kruszewski, Catriona Soden, Alastair McQuater, and Nicholas Atkinson.
