Mizan Rahman

Mizan is a a key part of our Valuations team, brining over eight years’ experience across transactional, tax, portfolio, and commercial valuations. He has in-depth transactional valuation experience across a diverse range of complex mandates, including the first spaceport valuation in the Middle East, a large retail merger valuation, as well as a warranty and indemnity (W&I) valuation for the acquisition of a large environmental waste management business.

Mizan brings extensive experience, having worked across multiple jurisdictions and firms prior to joining Buzzacott, including BDO, Grant Thornton, Kroll Advisory, and Deloitte. He has a particular expertise in Purchase Price Allocations for IFRS 3 and FRS 102 mandates, growth share and incentive valuations for tax purposes, and PE and VC fund portfolio valuations for financial reporting purposes.
