Holly Caulder

Holly works with a diverse portfolio of clients, including pension advisers, individuals and trustees, with a particular focus on American citizens living in the UK. She provides both US and UK tax return compliance and offers bespoke cross-border tax advice to US and non-UK domiciled individuals.

She also specialises in advising US persons with non-US pensions, shareholders of controlled foreign corporations and US owners or beneficiaries of non-US trusts, helping them navigate complex international tax requirements with confidence.

Holly is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CIOT) and an Enrolled Agent (EA), authorised to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
