We are delighted to have advised Language Line on their acquisition of Capita Translation and Interpreting (now Language Line TI Limited). We worked closely with Vanessa Eke (MD Language Line Solutions) and her team, providing financial and tax due diligence services to identify and analyse key areas of the business and mitigate transaction risks.
We also provided transaction advice around the key terms of the deal to deliver a positive result for Language Line, and we continue to work with Language Line as part of the integration process.

This acquisition brings excellent clients and staff to bolster the wider Language Line Solutions offering both in the UK and globally. This transaction will strengthen the service offering of one of the world’s largest language services providers, resulting in a stronger range of technology-driven translation and interpreting solutions.
