The Buzzacott Transaction Services team is delighted to have assisted Karnell Group AB (publ) with the acquisition of Warwick SASCo Ltd.
Overview of the deal
Karnell Group AB (publ) (“Karnell”) acquired Warwick SASCo Ltd, a UK-based designer and supplier of reusable specialist plastic products used in hospital decontamination, surgery, nursing, and patient care.
Karnell is a growth-oriented industrial technology group that acquires and develops small and medium-sized product companies and niche-producing companies through a systematic and proactive acquisition strategy.
Warwick SASCo has been an established leader in reusable plastic hollowware for over four decades, driven by its strong brand and customer relationships. The company serves a global customer base, providing EU MDR-certified medical hollowware to meet the ever-increasing stringency demanded in healthcare.
The tax due diligence team was made up of Alastair McQuater, Kazia Kruszewski, Grace Kneller and Kam Chauhan.
