Commonplace is a comprehensive online consultation platform which offers planners and developers a richer source of opinion data, insight and analysis. The online platform has engaged over one million people in trusted and diverse conversations about the places they live, work and play. The tools help councils and developers to make and evidence better decisions.
How we helped
Our Corporate Finance team were the exclusive lead advisers for Commonplace, helping to define the needs of the business and deliver the growth capital identified that will help Commonplace to continue its impressive growth to date. The £3 million funding from London-based investor Beringea will be used to expand the six-year-old business by doubling staff numbers and allowing Commonplace to invest in the product and marketing.
