Simon Wax - Partner

Simon joined Buzzacott in 2008 and is a Partner in our Corporate and Business Services team.

Simon heads up our specialist tech and media team, which look after many of our creative and innovative businesses including IT consultancies, digital agencies, e-commerce platforms and fintech companies. 

Simon and his team provide commercial advice and financial services to fast growing UK and international private companies to help them grow and achieve their goals and ambitions. This involves delivering services to start-ups right the way through to advising on an eventual exit.

Having not only worked in accounting but also in corporate banking advising on acquisition deals, Simon is well placed to look after companies undergoing change. He and his team perform a full range of financial services for businesses and their owners, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• HR consulting 
• Payroll

Simon is a key contact for PrimeGlobal, one of the largest accounting associations in the world.

Prior to Buzzacott, Simon held senior positions at BDO and RBS, where he managed a large portfolio of private and public clients in the Technology, Media and Telecoms sector. 

Outside of work, Simon enjoys travelling, keeping fit at the gym and spending time with his family.
