Rebecca Whiteley

Rebecca works with a variety of clients from high-net-worth individuals and international clients to self-employed individuals, partners, and entrepreneurs, providing them with tailored tax advice to meet their aims.

Against the backdrop of an ever-changing tax landscape and increased reporting from HMRC, Rebecca ensures that her clients are up to date with the latest legislation, supporting them with their annual UK tax returns, Capital Gains Tax (CGT) property returns, and advising them on any tax planning opportunities relevant to their personal circumstances. Rebecca also provides advice to clients on their residency and domicile status, pre-UK arrival tax planning, and IR35 rules.

Rebecca is CTA and ATT qualified. She has recently obtained the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients.
