Megan brings a depth of expertise in financial due diligence, buy-side and sell-side advisory services and valuations to the corporate finance team. She works with a variety of clients including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, PE houses, debt providers and banks.

Our clients face financially complex situations which can be associated with high financial risk, meaning that they need to make informed strategic decisions. Megan works to help clients gain confidence in the details of a transaction by identifying financial risks and navigating the impacts of them.
