Liam McKeevor

Liam is an international corporate tax specialist advising clients from established large groups and private equity structures to growing businesses with international plans. He provides support to clients on international tax, debt financing and structuring, hybrid mismatch rules, transfer pricing, real estate and construction tax, CIS, transitioning to large corporate compliance (SAO, CCM regime, BEPS), corporate transactions, and employee incentive schemes. He works closely with his clients to understand their business and to proactively support their needs. He is active within the Prime Global network, and through his contacts and experience supports growing groups with their international tax support needs. Liam is a chartered accountant with the ICAEW, a chartered tax advisor with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), and holds an Advanced Professional Certificate in International Taxation (APCIT).
