Jack Buffoni - Associate Director

Jack joined Buzzacott in 2011 and is an Associate Director in our Corporate Business Services team.

Working with both start-ups and established FCA regulated clients, including asset managers, investment advisers, broker dealers and private equity companies; Jack gives clients peace of mind by taking care of their accounting and regulatory reporting requirements. The services Jack provides ranges from initial accounting system set-up including FCA and VAT authorisation, to ongoing monitoring of capital requirements. He also provides commentary and board-pack reporting and keeps his clients up to date and informed of industry changes.

Providing an outsourced accounts function to clients, Jack works closely with Buzzacott’s tax, payroll, company secretarial and VAT teams to ensure that any issues are addressed using the specialist knowledge of our other teams.

Internally, Jack plays a key role on Buzzacott’s technical innovation group. The group has been set up to discover and review the latest accounting technology to find efficiencies in both automatic data entry and integrated reporting to ensure that our clients benefit from the latest technology available.

Prior to joining Buzzacott, Jack worked at a family-owned accounting practice, where he dealt with direct and indirect tax compliance for sole traders and SMEs.

Beyond his desk, Jack enjoys keeping fit mainly through playing football. He’s also a manager and coach to a local Saturday league football team.
