Edward Fullard

Edward works with FCA regulated firms including hedge fund managers, asset managers, investment advisory firms, broker dealer firms and private equity firms. These clients are subject to ever changing regulations, therefore Edward and the team provide an important link to help them understand the new regulations, successfully alleviating the regulatory reporting burden as well.

Edward and the team provide guidance on key regulations such as IFPR, AIFMD and MiFID II. In addition, he helps clients with on-going capital adequacy and liquidity monitoring, compliance with client money rules and ICARAs, while proactively advising clients on any upcoming regulations so they can plan ahead. Edward specialises in FCA regulations, including Annex IV.

Edward is ACA and AAT qualified.
