Dhvani joined Buzzacott in 2024 and works as an Assistant Manager in our Corporate Finance team.
She typically works with businesses across a range of sectors, valued between £10m - £100m. Her main experience lies within the healthcare, health-tech and life sciences industries.
Dhvani works closely with the other Corporate Finance teams including Transaction Services and Valuations, as well as the Corporate Tax team to provide a complete and comprehensive service that adds value to clients.
Prior to joining Buzzacott, Dhvani worked at EY for 6.5 years. Starting in the Assurance division, working mainly in audit for 4.5 years within the energy/commodity trading sector. She moved across to the healthcare and life sciences M&A team in 2022, where she worked on multiple deals.
Outside of work, Dhvani enjoys travelling and dancing.
