Catherine Edwards

Catherine is ACA qualified and trained in external audit. Since qualifying, Catherine has pursued her interest in Risk Advisory, and now also holds the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors ‘Certificate in Internal Audit and Business Risk’ and the ICAEW’s ‘Sustainability Certificate’.

Catherine manages a portfolio of internal audit and risk-based process review engagements (including AAF 01/20/ ISAE3402 reporting – commonly referred to as SOC reporting) and has a keen focus on helping drive continuous improvement. This is of particular importance in the regulated areas she specialises in including both professional practices (largely law firms) and FCA regulated entities.

Catherine also leads the firms ESG Reporting service, utilising her knowledge and expertise in risk management. This includes carbon accounting and reporting, ESG assessments and ESG diligence alongside our Corporate Finance team.
