Carlo is a member of Buzzacott’s Executive Committee and leads the firm’s US/UK Tax Team. He has over 25 years of experience advising a broad range of private clients living in the UK, US and Hong Kong on managing and optimising their US and UK tax affairs.
Over the years, he has worked closely with the family departments of various law firms in the UK and Hong Kong to advise on the tax consequences of the transfer or sale of assets as a result of divorce, where one or both parties are US citizens, Green Card holders or US residents.
In 2014, Carlo made the move to Hong Kong to start and head up the firm’s office and spent over three years abroad enhancing Buzzacott’s US and UK tax specialism in Hong Kong and South-East Asia.
