Armand Kailich

Armand holds a wealth of experience from the hotel, hospitality, and corporate property sectors. He leads our Workplace Services team responsible for creating safe, functional and inspiring environments for colleagues and visitors alike.

With a hands-on approach, Armand oversees everything from building maintenance and health and safety, to space planning and technical systems. He works closely with our Marketing and Technology teams to ensure the workplace supports productivity and collaboration.

Prior to Buzzacott, Armand managed the UK & Ireland property portfolio at Cognizant and previously worked on international consultancy projects in construction and hospitality.

He holds IOSH Managing Safely and APM Project Management qualifications.
