Antoine Housden

Antoine heads our Financial Services Tax team. He has over 20 years’ experience advising the fund and asset management industry, as well as broader financial services businesses, on UK and international tax matters. His expertise covers hedge fund and private equity fund structuring, carried interest planning, transfer pricing, DIMF, IME, salaried member and mixed member reviews, as well as the UK’s offshore reporting fund regime. He works closely with his clients, to understand their needs and find practical, commercial and tax-efficient solutions. Prior to joining Buzzacott, Antoine was a Director at a Big Four and spent ten years at a boutique, including four years in Switzerland.

He is a chartered accountant with the ICAEW, a chartered tax adviser with the CIOT and holds a Diploma in Swiss Law for Foreign Accountants.
