Alex joined the Buzzacott Transaction Services team in October 2025. He provides commercially focused financial and vendor due diligence to support transactions, identifying key risks, upsides, and value drivers. With strong attention to detail and a keen commercial eye, Alex is able to support clients through high-stakes moments and provide them with a deep understanding of their numbers.

Alex has worked with a variety of clients, including owner-managed businesses, PE houses, debt providers, and banks. His experience spans a range of sectors, including insurance, accountancy, and construction.
