Antony Greenwood

Expertise
Antony originally trained to be a lawyer before moving into the tax industry; starting his tax career at a firm specialising in tax planning solutions for small businesses. After qualifying as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2015, he joined a top 50 firm of accountants, where he gained experience of compliance work and advised individuals, companies and trusts on a range of tax matters. In this role, Antony was heavily involved with clients seeking voluntary settlement of historic inaccuracies and also dealt routinely with compliance checks and investigations.
This led him to join Buzzacott, where he now works on a wide range of tax investigations, from straightforward enquiries to complex fraud investigations. He also oversees disclosures made using the digital disclosure service, such as those involving foreign income or rental profits, and those requiring more detailed submissions such as PAYE disclosures.
