Shachi Blakemore

Shachi joined Buzzacott in 2005 and works with a wide range of charities, including educational institutions, health and welfare organisations, membership bodies, and grant-making trusts. As well as statutory audit services, Shachi advises her clients on a wide variety of areas including governance, board assurance framework, financial benchmarking, and has undertaken bespoke training on governance and regulatory matters.

She has a strong interest in training and regularly presents at Buzzacott workshops and external seminars, as well as delivering bespoke sessions for trustees and audit committee members.

Shachi also has extensive non-executive experience and is currently a trustee and Chair of People and Remuneration Committee of a leading national health charity.
