Luisa Steidele - HR Consultant

She works with a variety of clients from different sectors, with both established organisations and start-ups. Within Buzzacott, she also closely works with Corporate, Charity and Financial Planning teams.

Luisa supports our clients with a range of HR services ranging from support with employment contacts, handbooks, and policies, to guidance on grievances, disciplinaries, absence from work and redundancies. She also supports organisations in identifying areas for improvement in their HR set-up and functions through reviews and audits. She is also able to assist with performance issues, reviewing reward and recruitment matters.

She has a strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practice. Luisa particularly enjoys supporting clients with onboarding of new staff and providing guidance on HR processes with the aim to ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practice.

Luisa holds a MSc. in International Human Resources Management and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has previously worked in HR generalist and recruitment specialist roles in Germany and the UK.

Outside of work, Luisa enjoys exploring the British countryside with friends and family.
