Catherine Walsh

Catherine is a highly skilled and commercially minded HR professional with over 25 years of experience in professional services. A Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (FIoL), she combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, people-focused approach.
As the firm’s leader of people, skills, culture, and conduct, Catherine is recognised for her commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, and empathy. She consistently seeks to understand and balance diverse perspectives when making decisions that shape the firm’s people and culture agenda.
Catherine leads a multi-award-winning team of 14 HR professionals, driving innovation and excellence across the people function. Her team works closely with all teams and areas of the firm, overseeing the full employment lifecycle.
Internally, Catherine contributes to several strategic committees, including the Executive, Risk, Values, E,D&I, Remuneration, and Staff Forum. Externally, Catherine is actively involved in various professional networks including the MPF, APA, IFSEA and PrimeGlobal. Catherine also chairs various HR groups to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the industry.
