We're thrilled to share that two of our corporate finance team members, Anna-Louise Shipley and Meera Shah, have been featured in a recent article published by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
The article 'Buzzacott - Meeting the meritocracy challenge' explores how they rapidly advanced to senior corporate financiers within a typically male-dominated sector, highlighting how Buzzacott supported their career growth by prioritising meritocracy over a time-served approach to progression.
It helps to show that whatever the diversity characteristic – age, race, gender or ability – we can accommodate and encourage. Everyone’s route is slightly different. We really recognise that here and we try to pave a way for them, giving the relevant support to whatever that journey might be.
