Overview of deal

We are delighted to have advised founder Peter Zentai and his team at Jaystack on their exit to One Beyond, backed by Queen's Park Equity. As part of the deal Peter Zentai will take up the role of Chief Technology Officer at One Beyond.

Who are the firms involved?

Jaystack provides blue-chip clients across the UK and Europe with business-critical software and cloud infrastructure, and boasts a team of nearly 100 engineers. One Beyond, previously DCSL Guidesmiths, is headquartered in the UK and employs over 300 people.

What was unique about this deal

The deal represented a great opportunity for both businesses to expand internationally. As it was a cross-border deal, it needed careful navigation of different regulatory environments. We are confident in the combined strength of the business going forward.
