“I enjoy working within the Corporate Finance team as it is fast-paced and exposes me to a wide variety of SMEs. I pride myself on developing a deep understanding of my clients' businesses so that I can help build value in a friendly and professional way.”

Sriram joined Buzzacott in 2015 and is a Manager in our Corporate Finance team.

He works with entrepreneurial businesses valued between £5m-£100m, across a wide range of industries, providing assistance on a broad selection of services including buy-side assistance, fundraising, valuations, due diligence and disposals.

The Corporate Finance team add value to clients by collaborating with the other specialist teams within Buzzacott, such as the Corporate Tax team, to provide an all-encompassing solution. Within the team, Sriram's area of specialist knowledge is social impact entities, having previously worked for Buzzacott’s Charity and Not-for-profit team.

Away from his desk, Sriram is passionate about tech, enjoys travelling and staying fit by playing football regularly.
