Luke joined Buzzacott in 2023 and is a Senior Manager in our Company Secretarial team.
Luke has over eight years of experience as a company secretary. His clients trust him to deliver high-quality corporate compliance services such as transactional support. Luke’s primary focus is on incorporating companies, changing directors and share capital, and paying dividends. He also specialises in board meeting support for his clients and conducts corporate health checks to validate organisational data and mitigate any risks of non-compliance.
Luke particularly works with large groups, Financial Services firms, and companies that have raised equity finance. He has extensive experience in share capital transactions, company formations, and company reductions and dissolutions. To further support his clients, Luke collaborates with Buzzacott’s Corporate Tax, Financial Services and Business Outsourcing teams to provide a holistic service for his clients.
Prior to joining Buzzacott, Luke spent over 5 years working as a company secretary at KPMG and worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at a large asset management group. He is an associate of the Chartered Governance Institute and holds an MSc in Management and Corporate Governance.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys playing Gaelic football and travelling.
