Kimberly joined Buzzacott in 2013 and is Managing Director of our HR Consultancy.

She is an expert in all areas of organisations in relation to their people. Her team have an established client portfolio ranging from private individuals, religious orders, schools and arts organisations, to large manufacturers, media companies, banks and hedge funds.

Kimberly is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management. As an executive coach and facilitator she is a member of the Association for Coaching and is qualified in cognitive behavioural coaching, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and a wide range of psychometric and ability assessments.  She is a Trustee for a music based social mobility charity and has been involved in the Social Mobility Business Programme (a registered charity) since its inception in 2013.

Prior to joining Buzzacott, Kimberly held several senior roles within HR (both in-house and as a consultant).

Outside of work Kimberly enjoys living by the sea and all that has to offer. She’s an avid traveller and like to go snorkelling and kayaking. She also loves hosting friends and family, gardening and taking on restoration projects in her very old home.  Kimberly is passionate about the arts, so is a regular at museums, art galleries and the theatre.
