Being ‘dual-qualified’, he services both the US/UK tax needs of a broad spectrum of clients. They range from individual entrepreneurs and managers of small businesses, to financial entities who require advice on the tax aspects of handling their US clients and have obligations under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) regime.
As well as assisting ‘non-domicile’ clients with UK tax issues, he also advises UK citizens who are either residents or soon-to-be residents in the US, or those who have other cross-border issues.
Jack builds long-standing client relationships based on a thorough understanding of their circumstances and requirements. He enjoys helping them successfully navigate the increasingly complex US/UK tax landscapes.
Jack read Economics and Politics at Newcastle University and is an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) as well as a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).
