In memoriam: David Fardell - Managing Director (BGS)

It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of our esteemed colleague, David Fardell, who served as a Partner of Buzzacott LLP and Managing Director of Buzzacott Giving Solutions (BGS).

David's impact on both our firm and clients has been immeasurable, and his legacy will forever be etched in the hearts of those he worked with and clients he supported.

David joined Buzzacott in 2003, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in technology, digital, finance, and operations. He was deeply committed to using his expertise to help charitable organisations, guiding clients toward philanthropic solutions through Blackbaud products.

His philanthropy extended beyond BGS. David generously dedicated his time and expertise to assist the trustees of the Buzzacott Stuart Defries Memorial Fund in the operation of the firm's own charity, and his dual role as a leader and contributor showcased his all-round dedication to making a positive impact.

David's legacy goes beyond his professional achievements. An accomplished clarinettist, avid skier, and nature lover, he brought passion to every aspect of life.

In honour of David's memory, the firm extends its deepest condolences to his family, friends, colleagues, and clients.
