Angus Peagam - Senior Manager

Angus joined Buzzacott in 2016 and is a Senior Manager in our Financial Services team.

He works with FCA regulated firms, including hedge fund managers, asset managers, investment advisory firms, broker dealer firms and private equity firms. Angus supports these clients in navigating strict regulatory reporting deadlines and ever changing financial regulations. He helps with our client’s various regulatory requirements and works hard to develop and maintain strong relationships them.

Together with his team, Angus provides guidance on key regulations such as IFPR, AIFMD and MiFID II.  His specialist areas also include FCA regulatory reporting, Capital Adequacy, Annex IV reporting across the EU, ICARA and wind down documentation, forecasting and CASS compliance.

Angus collaborates with both Buzzacott’s Bookkeeping and Management Accounts team, as well as our Audit and Assurance team, in order to accommodate each client’s needs.

Angus is ACA qualified, and spent three years as an audit trainee in Buzzacott’s Audit and Assurance team. Prior to that he was an Accounts Assistant at another firm.

Away from his desk, he enjoys spending time with friends, travelling and playing a variety of sports including tennis, football, cycling and swimming.
