We are delighted to announce Will Hunnam’s acquisition of Forza Doors Limited. This is the first UK acquisition by a Novastone Capital Advisors (“NCA”) entrepreneur. NCA run an Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (“ETA”) program where they co-invest in entrepreneurs to make acquisitions - providing support, structure and know-how.

Who are the firms involved?

The target company, Forza Doors, are specialists in the preparation of wood veneers and timber utilised in the production of doors, frames and panels for use in the commercial interior construction market.

The Forza Doors production team have developed products and production techniques specifically to support these areas of the construction market, with a particular specialism in the vital area of fire safety.

“Forza Doors Ltd. is a fantastic business,” explained Will, “and from the first moment that I started to learn about the company, it immediately felt like a good fit.” While Will had primarily been exploring engineering and engineering services at the core of his search, he also opportunistically explored manufacturing companies with significant owned IP, a niche that was a perfect fit for Forza Doors Ltd.
