We are delighted to have advised on Phoenix Equity Partners’ investment in Dufrain. The investment will allow Dufrain to further expand its operations and client services in the fast-growing data market.
Dufrain is a leading independent data solution provider, which helps its clients discover, manage and optimise their data to gain valuable insights and make better informed business decisions. Founded in 2010, it now employs more than 170 data experts providing a comprehensive set of data management solutions from its offices in Edinburgh, Manchester and London.
Phoenix is a UK growth-focused private equity firm. Its investment in Dufrain will allow the business to continue its strong growth by extending its service and technology offering and expanding into new geographies.
